FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU REQUIRE?
Weekends and Special Occasions can book up very quickly. For these please give as much notice as possible.
For all other times we advise between 1-2 weeks notice.
However depending on the size of the order it is often possible to fit something in at shorter notice so please don't hesitate to ask.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT AND HOW IS PAYMENT MADE?
To book in an order we require full payment upfront via card or bank transfer. Details are provided by invoice once we receive your order request and have confirmed availability.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer a delivery service.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
The easiest way to place an order is through our forms found under the order tab. It contains all the relevant questions we need to ask to be able to book in an order. Alternatively we can be contacted via email.
I'M NOT SURE WHAT TO ORDER?
We offer many products to suit all budgets and occasions. If you are unsure please ask and we will try and help find something to suit you.
If you know what product you would like but unsure on colours or design we can still create something beautiful for you. Just leave it to us!
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLASSIC AND DELUXE?
Classic and Deluxe cupcakes both have the same quality ingredients and attention to detail. The difference is in the design. Classic cupcakes are topped with flowers that have a simpler design. Deluxe cupcakes have flowers with finer details such as stamen and multi flower/mini garden cupcakes.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A RESPONSE TO MY ENQUIRY?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. Enquiries are usually dealt with in the afternoons or evenings. This may take slightly longer over weekends or busy periods.
WHAT FLAVOURS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer 3 flavours of cake - Vanilla, Chocolate & Lemon. All buttercream is Vanilla flavoured unless requested otherwise.
DO YOU CATER FOR ALLERGIES OR SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
We cater for various intolerances and dietary requirements such as Gluten Free, Dairy Free & Vegan. We have undergone food allergy and intolerance training to ensure this is done as safely as possible.
Our kitchen handles all types of allergens. Therefore, due to their serious nature, we are unable to cater for Allergies.
WHERE ARE ORDERS COLLECTED?
Orders are collected from our address in Longwell Green, BS30 9BW. Full detail will be provided on your invoice & booking confirmation. Our business address is also visible on Google and Apple Maps.
DO YOU CATER FOR WEDDINGS?
Yes! All of our products are available to order for weddings, whether it's bouquets as table center pieces, individually boxed cupcakes as favors, one of our larger cakes as the main cake, or a combination of products. The choice is yours!
For weddings we offer the option of collection or delivery. Delivery is subject to availability and can not be guaranteed. Deliveries are charged at a minimum of £30. Collections can be collected on the morning of or the day before the wedding.
To enquire or book in please either complete our form or email us. To secure a booking we require a 50% deposit with full payment 30 days before the collection date.
DO YOU HAVE ANY READY MADE CAKES AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?
All cakes are handmade to order. We don't hold any stock of pre-made products. If something is required last minute please email us and we will try our best to help.
HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?
The best way to contact us is via our email address. Alternatively please complete one of our forms.
We can also be contacted via our Facebook or Instagram pages but please note notifications on these platforms aren't always accurate and it may take a little longer for us to get back to you this way.
We can not be contacted via telephone. We are usually too busy to take calls. Most enquiries are dealt with in the evening and therefore it is more practical and quicker to communicate via email.
WHAT HYGIENE RATING ARE YOU?
We are rated 5 - Very Good, with South Gloucestershire Council. We can be found on the FSA website.
